Review: The Jacobite's Wife, by Morag Edwards

Lady Winifred married into a Scottish Royalist family in the early 18th century and became the Countess of Nithsdale. The author, Morag Edwards, describes aristocratic life at the time of feverish desire for a Scottish King through the historical character, Lady Winifred.

The novel shows Lady Winifred's desire to protect her husband and family. She suffers heartbreak and loss, but never gives up. The reader will be cheering her on to the final page.

I put a five star review on Amazon, and it will be visible after checking.
